Delivery of Products

Our Delivery

With a choice of either Standard Delivery or Priority Delivery we guarantee your genuine printer products or gifts get to your door fast. With a standard cost of just $5.00 for a delivery of 3 -5 working days and a priority cost of $9.90 for 1 - 2 working days, you have a choice to suit your needs.

Standard shipping is $5.00 and usually takes 3-5 working days.
Priority shipping is $9.90 and usually takes 1-2 working days.

We make every effort to deliver your Products according to the estimated delivery times provided.

For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 3-5 business days. Please allow additional time for shipments to rural addresses.

The estimated delivery times are in business days (Monday through Friday) excluding Public holidays.
Although every effort is made to ship your Order according to the estimated delivery times provided, estimated shipping times may change due to changes in supply or circumstances beyond our control. If your Product has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, please contact us.

Unless otherwise agreed by us, we will deliver your Products to the address indicated on your Order Confirmation.

If no-one is available to accept delivery of your Products the following option may apply:
A card may be left so you can pick-up your Product from your local Post Office or notification may be left requesting you to telephone the carrier to arrange a suitable time and date for delivery. Title and risk of loss to all Products will pass to you on delivery.
